Distribution & Delivery Notice

This document describes the general logistics framework used by Zaynixter, an operating brand of Jones Wholesale Lumber Company.
Its purpose is to outline how physical goods are prepared, transferred, and delivered following order confirmation.

The information below is provided to establish reasonable expectations regarding fulfillment flow and delivery timing.


Fulfillment Structure

Orders are released for shipment after internal confirmation and may be dispatched either from an internal handling location or through approved logistics partners, depending on item characteristics and availability.

This model is applied to:

  • Reduce redundant handling stages

  • Maintain continuity of supply

  • Support controlled distribution rather than accelerated dispatch

Shipment routing decisions are operational and may vary by order.


Processing Interval

After submission, each order enters a preparation phase that includes administrative review and packaging readiness.

Typical preparation duration:

  • Standard periods: approximately 2–4 business days

  • Elevated demand periods: up to 5 business days

Preparation timelines do not include carrier transit time.


Delivery Estimates

Transit duration depends on geographic destination and carrier routing conditions.

Indicative delivery ranges:

  • United States: approximately 10–15 business days

  • Select international destinations: approximately 11–20 business days

These ranges are non-binding estimates. External factors such as carrier scheduling, weather conditions, or regulatory inspection may extend transit time.


Shipment Monitoring

When a shipment is released to a carrier, a dispatch notification may be issued containing tracking references where available.

Please note:

  • Tracking visibility may be delayed following initial dispatch

  • Temporary inactivity in tracking records does not imply shipment failure

Carrier systems operate independently of internal order management.


Cross-Border Shipments

International consignments are transferred under Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms unless otherwise specified.

Accordingly:

  • Import-related charges are assessed by destination authorities

  • Clearance timelines are determined solely by local customs agencies

  • Intervention in customs processing is not possible

Recipients are encouraged to review applicable import requirements prior to ordering.


Amendments After Submission

Because fulfillment procedures begin shortly after order confirmation, modification requests are time-sensitive.

  • Requests for address correction or cancellation must be submitted promptly after order placement

  • Once preparation has commenced, changes cannot be guaranteed

All requests are subject to operational feasibility at the time received.


Delivery Irregularities

Condition Upon Receipt
If an item is received with visible transit damage, notification should be provided within a reasonable timeframe along with supporting documentation.

Carrier-Confirmed Loss
If a shipment is formally classified as lost by the carrier, a replacement may be arranged following verification.
